Tornadoes laid waste everything across the Mid-West of the U.S. in early March. Pray for these hurting people.

Whether you have friends there or know a single soul or not, remember to keep the victims of these horrible weather tragedies in your prayers.
If you’ve been watching the news at all you’ll know how bad its been. People have had their entire homes torn asunder from right over them… I saw one case where the guy hid in his bathroom, and the only part left standing was… the bathroom. Miracles all around abound, but many people have also lost their lives as entire buildings were leveled. Keep these people and their families in your prayers. Pray that God protects His children and that their possessions are not destroyed. Everyone has seen people where their place was not touched while others were demolished. Pray that their angels are surrounding them keeping them safe, and that no harm will come to a hair on their head, in the name of Jesus.
The sad reality is that things will reportedly get much worse before they better. Yesterday there ware SEVENTY tornado just during the day… and around 20 people or more have died already. This is the “calm before the storm”….
Next up is Syria. The government has been slaughtering whole families, Muslim or not (although most of the people in the Middle East are Muslims). This is a travesty. It is easy to look the other way and say, “Why should I care about them?” Remember the story of The Good Samaritan? It’s very easy to take no responsibility for the action of others, but God honors those who do and those who show concern or do something about it.

Veteran American journalist Marie Colvin and French photographer Remi Ochlik were killed in Syria. Pray for their families.
One of the best things we can do is to pray for these people. Because the reality is, if it was you and your family, you would be praying that someone intervened to help. Remember that God is love, and whether Muslim, Jew, Christian or Hindu, He loves each of us the same. Pray that their eyes will be opened to the loving Salvation of Jesus Christ, that is all but a prayer away.
Also two journalists were killed, one a veteran American journalist named Marie Colvin and a French photographer named Remi Ochlik. Another in the group was wounded by survived. Pray for all foreigners in that country that God protects them and they seek their Father out in these times of peril.

Andrew Britbeirt on Piers Morgan the day before he died. He was a regular CNN contributor. He will be missed.
Just the other day, Andrew Breitbart died of very mysterious circumstances. If you don’t know who he was, you may have seen him during CNN’s election coverage during the Piers Morgan show, on a panel with Michael Reagan (the adopted son of President Ronald Reagan). He was a revolutionary Conservative who helped to found The Drudge Report, The Huffington Post (with his good friend on the other side, Arianna Huffington, who used to also be a Conservative) and other websites. He pioneered use of Twitter, Facebook, etc. by a Conservative heavyweight. However he had a real edge to him, and was fearless in taking on liberals. He helped to break the Anthony Weiner case, forcing him to resign, and broke the stories that sunk the Acorn organization. Although he was beloved by many, he was hated by just as many due to his harsh rhetoric (similar but much rougher than say, Ann Coulter). He relished in controversy and made many enemies. But he also exposed lies and fought for Conservative causes.
Here is what I wrote the day he died.
“OMG, Andrew Breitbart just found dead of “natural causes” at too young age of 43. :( This is crazy. I just saw him on Piers Morgan yesterday with Piers and him poking fun at each other and joking around. I can’t believe it. So sad. Shocking. Pray for his family and everyone whom knew him. He sure impacted a lot of people. He has a wife and four children.”
Followed directly by this: “You know, there’s a lot of hate being thrown out at the passing of Andrew Brietbart. I want to say one thing. When Ted Kennedy passed I cried. Losing another soul, no matter how controversial they are, is sad. They have family (Teddy had LOTS), had struggles, had achievements, had biases, had opinions, had life, love and love lost. Teddy was all of those things. But he also was a person. They impacted lives, touched lives, for better or for worse. “A person is not as bad as his worst sin” as they say. And how true that saying rings. Britbart was someone who dolled out the hate in equal measure with those whom he thought did the same. Eye for an eye. Both, like everyone, had strong faults. I think it is important to remind ourselves, that God respects those who are gentle, meek, and hold their tongue. There is a place for debate and for standing strong. There is a time for tearing apart your opponents arguments and what he stands for, but in equal or greater measure is time to give a hug and not forget what life is about. Remember that you can go any day, “tomorrow is not promised” as the Bible teaches. To the most righteous nor the most wicked. Period. Would you desire divisive vitriol and sharpened attacks to be the last words out of your mouth? When death knocks at your door, and eternity lays out beyond. Do you know for a fact what happens when you die? Most people would say no. Surely this should give you pause and remind us to not allow our detest of our opponents, in any form, to outgrow our love for life and for people. And that includes them. No matter whom they may be. “We all bleed red” as the saying goes.”
What makes the situation really … questionable, is the fact that days before his death, at the annual CPAC Conservative Convention, Andrew Breitbart made it public that he was in possession of “damaging” video of President Barack Obama during his High School or College Days, and the release of said video was immanent, with something big planned for “March 1st” (which reportedly was a website relaunch or somesuch, if I’m not mistaken). Well, a couple days later, he was dead. Dying ON Leap Day… of a heart attack or “natural causes”. At the tender age of 43. To quote one Russian, “I thought only in my country did challengers to the resume in power die of ‘natural causes’ at the age of 43.” What’s more, he seems to have died alone in the street, after reportedly hanging out in a bar where he was waxing philosophical (I imagine) with some strangers…
It doesn’t take much to see a conspiracy in place, especially since Andrew had reportedly suggested that the increminating videos would sink President Obama’s re-election ship. Was Andrew “eliminated?” Will any reputable news source follow clues to find out? According to Andrew’s father, he did have health problems and, according to at least one news story I read, he supposedly has these heart problems back in 2010. According to friend and fellow Fox News analyst Greg Gutfield, Greg had been worried about Andrew’s health and said he lived an extremely unhealthy lifestyle (exactly what he meant by this wasn’t clear, but I’ve seen come to understand lack of sleep and continous work and being up all night as possibly the main thing) lifestyle and that he had wanted to tell him; or had mentioned in passing, that he needed to start taking care of himself. Now of course, is too late.
Will we ever know if foul play was involved? Maybe. Maybe not. More likely not, but either way, his death was a shot heard around the world, and his name even trended on top of Twitter; a fact that would’ve made him wax ironic, be amused, and yet be some form of happy at the thought as well. It would’ve meant that he has, truly, triumphed, and become larger than life. Now with his death, he always will be.

Arianna Huffington and Andrew Breitbart remained good friends despite clashing at times due to their opposed political beliefs.
So please, hope that Andrew accepted Christ before he died (He certainly didn’t act or live like a Christian) and pray for his wife and four kids, and for his family and that his legacy has a lasting impression that increases the “risk-taking” that Conservatives and Republicans typically fail to show. We need to fight for what we believe in and take it by force, if we don’t, others will … in the opposite direction. Remember that.
I should also note that I was not a “fan” of Andrew, and had only recently become acquainted with him via Piers Morgan. I didn’t like him at first either, but he grew on me and I got used to seeing him often. So to see him suddenly NOT EXIST touched me extremely. Especially given how I need to start taking care of my own health. This struck a huge chord with me and made me determined to make sure I do not share the same fate. Then again, I have my faith in God, so my future and afterlife is secure.
Right before Andrew passed away, the lead singer (Davy Jones) of the oldies band The Monkeys (and the TV show of the fictional band, which came before the band was made real) passed away. I don’t really have anything to say here as I was not acclimated with either the show or the band, it being way before my time and my preferred genre of music being… Metal lol. I get annoyed with oldies real fast. But my dad is a fan.

Davy Jones of The Monkees passed away shockingly. Pray for his family and loved ones. His legacy will live on forever.
Like with Andrew Breitbart, we should all come to the point where the passing of any soul is something to mourn. And one interesting thing about Davy Jones, who died of a heartattack as well, was given how he had the exact opposite lifestyle as Andrew. Davy was extremely healthy, a vegetarian, worked out, ran, etc. everyday. He was extremely active, rode horses daily, etc. In other words, he was the LAST person anyone expected to go… and yet he died of a massive heartattack that killed him instantly. It does run in his family, but still. It is undoubtedly proof that living a healthy lifestyle is no guarantee’r of life…
The Bible says “tomorrow is not promised.” Neither to the righteous nor the wicked. Which is why the Bible recommends to live everyday like it may be your last. These two deaths bring this point home to me and do so like a sack of bricks landing on your head.
Pray for his family and those grieving because of his death, all those Monkey fans. Pray that God will open their eyes to the reality of our mortality, which the Bible says is like a whisp of smoke compared to the afterlife…

Tomorrow is not promised say the Lord. To neither the righteous nor the wicked. Death comes to us ALL.
Last but DEFINITELY not least, we need to pray for President Barack Obama. The Bible says to pray for your leaders, first and foremost. Pray that God guides his steps, opens his heart and his mind to the Holy Spirit, pray that God convicts President Obama and that Obama will not be ashamed to preach his love of Jesus Christ. Pray that, in Obama’s admitted hours of prayer, that God speaks to him and impresses on him to make the right decisions. Pray that the Holy Spirit will fall on Obama and bring him to his knees before his Savior, in Jesus name.
To end, pray for Israel AND Iran. Pray that no harm will come to Israel and that everything they do will be blessed, protected, and unstoppable. Pray that the enemies of Israel will be able to bring no harm to this chosen nation of God. Pray for the protection of the innocent people of Israel. And pray that the meeting between Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and President Barack Obama, which will take place this coming Monday (March 5th) goes well and that it reaffirms the commitment that United States has to protecting Israel and rewarding our steadfast ally. Pray that the bond between the two nations will be that much closer because of the meeting, and that both countries will be on the same page. Pray that God impresses the importance and significance of the bond between our two countries as the two leaders meet; and that they will be united in special way through our storied history and support; and that the United States will back Israel FULLY, COMPLETELY AND MILITARILY in all and any military acts it takes, including against Iran. Let there be NO DOUBT in the mind of our enemies that a war with Israel is a war with the United States. And a war they will lose.
Finally, pray for the PEOPLE of Iran. Pray that God opens the eyes of these young Muslims, many of whom are innocent, love the United States, long for freedom, long to be unshackled from their horrible leaders, and long for change. They are living their lives just like us, only from a different perspective and prism, but they too are loved by God. Pray that the reality of an imminent war with the West will cause them to turn, not to Allah, but to the God of Isaac, Jacob, Moses and David… to Jesus Christ, their Savior. The one who can GUARANTEE Salvation, unlike the Allah of the Qua’ran, and the one who performed miracles and rose from the dead, defeating Death himself… unlike Muhammad, who was unable to show any signs or wonders. The Iranians are an intelligent people, and pray that they realize the errors of the their ways. Pray further that they will not become bitter against the West, the U.S. or Israel, but that they will support the toppling of their tyrannical regime and even if force is how its done. Last of all, pray for the protection of the innocent if war or bombing begins.
Here is video of President Barack Obama signing the Iran Sanctions Act into law, and speaking about the Iranian nuclear situation.
