The Avengers Movie Out Now In Theaters!

Earth’s Mightiest Marvel Superheroes team-up in The Avengers!

What new movies have hit theaters for your weekend entertainment? See the list below. The biggest, and most obvious, titan of box office releases is the long-awaited Marvel Comics movie adaptation of “The Avengers”. This film has been a decade “in the making” as Marvel slowly built up to it with each subsequent superhero movie they pumped out… Hyping it with an end-of-movie epilogue showcasing Nick Fury of S.H.I.E.L.D. (played by Samuel L. Jackson) meeting up with each of the Marvel comics characters, from Wolverine to Iron Man to The Hulk to Captain America, the stage has finally been set to bring all of the major Marvel superheroes together in one live-action film!

The Avengers is truly the DREAM FILM that all superhero and comicbook fans have dreamed of but NEVER IN THEIR LIFETIME thought would actually get made. The fact that Marvel has done it, and successfully pulled off the slow-build by linking each new superhero film to The Avengers via an additional end-movie scene, is absolute GENIUS. So far everyone I know who has seen it says it’s awesome and gives it high praise. Many said it was much better than they expected. CAN’T WAIT TO SEE IT!

What movies will you be seeing this weekend or seeing soon? It’s been a LONG TIME since I’ve been to the theater, I don’t have any money at the moment so I don’t know when I’ll be able to see a new movie, but I definitely must catch The Avengers in theaters!
