If you haven’t heard of the Xbox Live Arcade Kinect videogame “Double Fine Happy Action Theater” from Tim Schafer (Pyschonauts, Brutal Legend, Grim Fandango, Stacking, Sesame Street: Once Upon A Monster) and his development team at Double Fine… then you are missing out!

This videogame was made particularly with kids in mind, yet allows adults to do absolutely hilarious and just plain wrong things… That’s right, finally a game that is equally fun for both kids and adults where kids and adults are doing the same exact things; and yet will use it in completely different ways. In fact “Happy Action Theater” is more of a fun “activity” than a game per se… and makes use of Microsoft’s Xbox 360 motion camera microphone Kinect in extremely unique ways that is unlike anything ever seen before.

Double Fine Happy Action Theater is available now on Xbox Live Arcade for Xbox 360 and requires Kinect to play. It was released on February 1st, 2012 and costs 800 Microsoft Points or the equivalent of $10 dollars.
