The game will feature all of the characters from previous Tekken games, including many fan-favorites who have been M.I.A. for a while now but have been updated with new models and moves, including Angel, True Ogre, Jun Kazama, Jinpachi Mishima, Devil, Kunimitsu, Michelle Chang, Humanoid Ogre/Ancient Ogre and a new character named Jaycee who is Julia Chang’s Lucha Libre alter-ego.

Over 50 characters will selectable from the outset, with no characters unlockable. Several of them however will be released later on as free DLC. The downloadable content can be accessed early though if you pre-order the game, and includes Kunimitsu, Michelle Chang, Angel and Ancient Ogre. If you pre-order the game you’ll also gain access to an exclusive Snoop Dogg level, Snoop also recorded an exclusive new song for the game titled, “Knocc ‘Em Down” and he will be featured in the game as a non-playable character. $100 bucks says he’ll be made playable later on!
European gamers will be happy to know that GAME in the UK has a awesome Collector’s Edition of the game that features a Tekken Tag Tournament 2 Soundtrack CD, A Remix Album, a Behind-the-Scenes Making Of DVD, a 200 Page Hardcover Artbook and a metal case! Called the “We Are Tekken Edition”, no collector’s edition has been announced for America so far.
