This is the ultimate song of epicness. The familiar theme you will likely recognize if you’ve heard any media from Skyrim is a given a very awesome metal twist with Charlie’s version. This video just fills you with feelings of pure awesome and this song is just so so SO beautiful. You gotta love it!

The Islander Nightwish Music Video is an absolute masterpiece.
This slow-song is an absolute masterpiece in every since of the word, and as epic as they come. I love Nightwish songs where the male band member sings alongside the female, which is the case in this music video.
Like a lot of the lyrics in songs from some of the biggest secular bands, the lyrics can be interpreted in various open-ended ways, and thus Christians may be able to relate to this beautiful piece.
The music video itself is also incredible, with an amazing circle of fire around the band, and beautiful imagery of ships, sailors and amazing environments. If you’ve never seen it before, definitely give it a look!

Yes the music video is as fun and awesome as this pic suggests!
Enter this absolutely electrifying performance by the band E.B.R.U called “MAD”. It’s a really, really interesting song, with rapper “Durrty Goodz” coming in to spit a couple lines for the bridge. But it’s the female lead singer’s incredible performance that really steals the show. Not to mention the awesome instruments!

P.O.D. is one of those bands, like Flyleaf, who are continuously pumping out Singles, songs that are not on any of their main albums, and come from movie soundtracks, compilations, holidays albums and all other sorts of non-typical album releases; meaning that there are tons of people who have never heard some of P.O.D.’s best material…
Songs like “School of Hard Knocks” from the Little Nicky Soundtrack, “Going In Blind” from the P.O.D. Greatest Hits – The Atlantic Years compilation, “Sleeping Awake” from The Matrix Reloaded soundtrack, or “If It Wasn’t for You” from The Warriors EP II… And there are many, many more that you’ve likely never heard, like P.O.D.’s The Chargers Anthem which was recorded live on-stage during a San Diego Chargers football game!
This music video for “School of Hard Knocks” is amazing, you get the band rocking out in the pouring rain, an epic Heavenly battle between Angelic Kittens and Demonic Dogs (no that is not a typo), and all kids of balls-to-the-wall crazy scenes interspersed with moments of Adam Sandler from the develish Little Nicky comedy. It all makes for one HELL of a unique music video, enjoy!

New 12 Stones song Infected is a headbanger that can hang with the best of them, and offers some absolutely fantastic lyrics.
The song also goes well with the whole zombie-apocalypse hysteria that has gripped the entertainment world recently, with many calling for “Infected” to be used in an episode of AMC’s “The Walking Dead” zombie TV show series.
Infected though also returns 12 Stones to a lyrical style that is more intune with their Christian roots, which will come as a pleasant surprise for longtime listeners of the band, who went in a more mainstream direction since their debut self-titled album in 2002.
12 Stones and their new “Beneath the Scars” album will be released on May 22nd, 2012 on the EMG label, and marks the bands 4th full-length album since their 2002 debut. Which is crazy, seems like they had more albums than that. Their debut self-titled album dropped in 2002, with their Sophomore effort, Potter’s Field, hitting in 2004 and their previous album, Anthem for the Underdog, dropping in 2007.

Mars iLL is DJ Dust on the left and rapper Manchild on the right.
Mars iLL is arguably the group that made me into a hip-hop fan more than any other. This is not rap music, this is true hip-hop, no Eminem-style stuff here. The production quality isn’t super high, instead what you get is some raw rap with lots of turntable scratching and sampling in true oldschool hip-hop fashion. But it is some might good stuff!
Sphere of Hip Hop Part 1 and Sphere of Hip-Hop Part 2 are two of the greatest Christian hip-hop tracks ever recorded if you ask me, and I’ve been a big fan of Mars iLL since their debut major label album “Raw Material” dropped in 2000 (with the major label re-release in 2001 on Uprok Records, part of Tooth & Nail).
