PS4 will get exclusive Sony Pictures TV shows, movies and content in a huge new push to unite the PlayStation-brand with Sony’s other departments in movies, music and video.
This is Sony’s push to directly compete with Microsoft’s XboxOne and it’s focus on TV. However Sony is even more powerful in this department by the very fact that Breaking Bad, for example, was created by Sony Pictures!
In other words, they can provide exclusive TV shows or movies of the highest caliber, something Microsoft can’t boast… at least through in-house content.
Exactly how this will develop for the PS4 is up in the air, but this is a huge announcement by Sony either way from their E3 2013 Press Conference.

I have previously gone to see Video Games Live (also a symphony orchestral event) with my family and friends and it was AMAZING. I spent around $600 to take everyone and buy lots of merch and it was well worth it… Even though we literally had the worst seats in the house at the back row! It is still my plan to also see the Distant Worlds: Final Fantasy orchestra concert. Hopefully I’ll see both as both shows will be coming to California (I live in Arizona, right next door) this summer! :D
